Rachel is an experienced comedian, MC and after-dinner speaker. As well as being a successful stand-up, Rach spent 10 years working for the BBC as a senior studio director on Radio 4’s Today programme. She has many hilarious anecdotes as well as an entire set on the Greenwich Time Signal, or as it is affectionately known, the BBC pips!
Rach is a sought-after comedian, public speaker and highly-skilled presenter. She has chaired events for the Royal Institution, hosted fund-raising awards and trained scientists to present their research to general audiences.

Rachel has honed her voice as a panellist on her science podcast, Level Up Human, which has taken her to the Edinburgh Science Festival, Glastonbury and Latitude festivals as well as guest appearances on other podcasts, such as Reasons to be Cheerful with Geoff Lloyd and Ed Miliband.
Rach is also a highly experienced MC. She hosts a monthly comedy club at a chocolate shop in South West London, guest MCs regularly in Kentish Town and has hosted Bright Club in various locations as scientists try their hand at stand up comedy.
