Stand Up for Towel Day

Stand Up for Towel DayV2iTowel Day is an annual celebration on the 25th of May – a tribute to the late, great author Douglas Adams (1952-2001). On this day, comedy fans around the universe carry a towel in his honour.

Stand Up for Towel Day is a comedy gig where Douglas Adams fans can bring their towels for a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster and a night of Vogon poetry, stand up comedy and fan fiction written for the event.
